On the course completion students should understand reverse logistics chain functioning in general, especially its cycles and processes. Students will have understanding and will be able to recognize the importance of controlling the level of returned products and transport packaging. They will also be able to create processes in centralized return centers according to the needs of the specific chain.

Požadavky

During the semester students have to write seminar paper (essay). The topic of the paper will be selected in consultation with the lecturer. Students submit their seminar papers to the lecturer and when he/she marks it with a positive mark, student proceeds to an oral exam.Students are required to attend lectures and seminars. Students who have fulfilled at least 80% of attendance are allowed to take the oral exam. Students that do not meet this minimum requirement have to take the course again. In the case of justified absences (for more than 3 times during the semester), students have to submit medical records or other records (which are subject of verification).
