Obsah
The course emphasizes the significance and functions of international accounting and its approaches. Moreover it deals with national accounting adjustments in chosen countries with respect to possible impact on international audit. Furthermore, harmonization principles, possible approaches to accounting regulation ((IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, IPSAS, EU directive and Czech accounting legislative), currenct projects and evolvement in accounting harmonization together with expected development in czech accounting legislative with relation to international harmonization is discussed in the course.

Student will gain broader knowledge about international accounting and principles of accounting harmonization. He will learn to utilize the findings in distinguishing specific accounting approaches through their application.
