Získané způsobilosti

The student has knowledge of the basic rules of interpersonal communication in managerial life. Student can communicate at very good level, keeps his/her emotions in conflict situations under the control, can prevent conflicts and resolve them without undue emotions. The student applies knowledge of assertive techniques and communication with problem people. The student is able to detect problems suitable for solution through mediation, and has basic knowledge of the mediation process. The student can conduct business dealings, choose and set appropriate targets, combine listening with techniques of negotiation and questioning at business dealings. The student is able to recognize and detect pressure and manipulative techniques, and to resist them. The student is able to persuade other people, is qualified to organize and lead a press conference, discuss with the media representatives, handle and respond to difficult questions, argue, and appear as a speaker in front of the camera.
