Získané způsobilosti
The student has knowledge of the basic rules of interpersonal communication and etiquette in managerial life. Student can communicate at very good level, control his/her stage fright successfully when delivering his/her speech in front of large audience, is able to use a microphone and applies the basics of vocal hygiene. The student is able to choose proper image and clothes for different social occasions, is able to distinguish different kinds of gastronomic events and act on them according to the rules of etiquette. The student is able to apply knowledge of table manners and etiquette of eating and drinking variety of dishes and drinks. The student is well informed in business dealings, can conduct business dealings, ask appropriate questions and persuade, and is able to resist pressure techniques and manipulation. The student is able to organize and hold a press conference, discuss with the media representatives, handle and respond to difficult questions, and to provide official statements to the media or appear as a speaker in front of the camera.

Požadavky
Způsob zakončení předmětu - klasifikovaný zápočet- Attendance in seminars at least 80 % (semester has 13 weeks)- Active participation in the seminars - e.g. role-play, appearing as a speaker in front of camera.- Other activities´ preparation (home-works)- Team seminar work according to the lecturer´s requirements- Successful written test in the range of knowledge of lectures and study texts in LMS Moodle (minimum 60 %)Team seminar work:Create teams consisting of 3-4 students. Each team is supposed to write seminar thesis on the topic of "Business Dealing - methods of negotiation, recommended tricks and prevention against pressure techniques". Use monographs, books, research articles and expert web pages, magazines, journals and your own experience. You need to cite your sources and make a list of references, write introduction and conclusion, as well. The length should be minimum 6 pages of text. Deadline is November 21st, one student from the group will load it in the information system Moodle.
