Získané způsobilosti

Students will gain knowledge on the subject of management, school management, current trends in management development and its future. Knowledge will affect the diversity of managed objects (business and non-oriented) management functions, information management and production control systems. Practical and application-oriented skills students gain by adopting the substance of training and communication, motivation, teamwork and personal management. Crucial accent for management education will be on shaping the personality characteristics of managers, by their nature, cognition and creativity, temperament and somatics. Developed managerial competence in education will be received at lectures and seminars through education and training.
