ARIS Easy Design). Within the framework of this subject the necessary knowledge has already been gained primary in Reengineering as the perquisite subject. This software presents a complex tool for simulation, suggestions and optimalization of all business processes.Students will be familiarized with visualization methods that enable their users to effectively structure and document business processes in more detail. As the users of this software students will be supported by a lot of utilities for process simulation, presentation and report generation. The aim of this course is to convey detailed understanding of the business processes to the students while they are able to draw in and document them in the form of a graphic object. This software product enables an easy definition of processes which pass through all company departments. The aim of Process Modelling is the creation of a process model of the organisation. The design of such a process model is highly-demanding on time, and it is only with great difficulty and with many restrictions that it can be mastered without the appropriate software.A core component of the whole system for the documentation of processes is the mutual interlinkage of all of an organisation's document flows, which are broken down into three basic levels:The Organisational - these define the organisation's structures and their aims. The Processional - these define the approaches and procedures that lead to the attainment of the organisation's aims and goals. The Performance - the level at which activities are carried out by the appropriate responsible employees.

Získané způsobilosti

Student will be able to create complex process model of the organization.
