Po úspěšném absolvování předmětu budou studenti schopni - aplikovat ekonomickou teorii na fungování trhu práce - modelově popsat chování a rozhodování různých subjektů na trhu práce a působení institutů trhu práce- vysvětlit roli státu na trhu práce- aplikovat modely trhů práce na skutečné situace- posuzovat a zhodnotit různé způsoby řešení problémů trhu práce s ohledem na jejich ekonomickou efektivnost
