Cíl
The main aim of the course is to understand specifics of international human resource management and improve personal effectiveness and self-development skills in the multinational companies. Focus of practical assignments will be on development of cognitive skills (analyses, syntheses, concluding, and logical thinking) that managers need for successful operating in international environment. Attention will be paid to gaining knowledge of specifics and successful adaptation to selected national cultures.
