Project - Temporary effort to create a unique product/service/result
Project management - a process of steering a project from the start through its lifecycle. The main objective is to complete a project within the established goals of time, budget and quality.
It has 5 phases:
Initiation - stakeholder approvals, documentation pertaining (vztahovat se k) to project needs, rough estimates of time and resources
Planning - detailed project plan, budget baseline, project scheduling, scope document
Execution (uskutečnění) - management of other resources (materials). Output of this phase are project DELIVERABLES
monitoring and controlling - project progress reports
closing – celebration and reflection
Supplier – dodavatel
Adherence - dodržování
To span – zahrnovat, pokrývat
Compliance – vyhovění, soulad
Workforce – pracovní síla
Deliverable – doručitelný, připravený k dodání
Feedstock - material used for feeding animals/raw materials (similar to livestock)
