The strong forms are only used a) At the end of a sentence.“Yes, I am“ b) For contrast: “He travelled to not from Liberec“. c)For emphasis: “You really must work harder!“ d)When a word is being quoted: “‘And‘ is a word you should never end a sentence with“.
