Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a short holiday I had recently, which was organized by

Fawlty Towers. I was disappointed with several things.

The first thing that I was unhappy with was the staff of your hotel. The staff was unwilling and your cleaner didn´t changed the towels in bathroom. But it was not everything. Much bigger problem was rats in hotel. When I sat on couch near the reception, the rat ran under my feet and it was disgusting. Last problem was at the day of our leaving. When we paid the bill, we were forced to pay a apartment even though we only had room for couple.

I had been looking forward to my holiday very much, but it was completely ruined by these

problems. I therefore feel that you should refund half price and overpayment per room in compensation for my disappointment.

I have been using your agency for many years and have always been a satisfied.
