- English lunch – People may eat in the office or factory canteen or take a sandwich to work.

- 5 o´clock tea – It is typical British break. It is usually fairly strong and eaten together with some cakes or biscuits. Here is how to make real English cuppa. Boil water in a kettle. Warm a teapot. Put tea in teapot – one teaspoon of tea for each person plus traditional one for the pot. Pour the water over the tealeaves and leave it for ten minutes. While serving it first put a little milk int the cup and pour the tea over it through a tea strainer. Sugar is added according to taste but many English people prefer it without.

- I usually eat at home or I buy something at the street stalls.

11) On what occasions do you go out to eat?

- When it's my birthday, it's the end of the school year. I go on a date to a restaurant with my boyfriend

12) Do you prefer eating out to preparing meals at home? Why?

- I prefer to eat food prepared at home because I know what the ingredients are and cooking is a nice time spent with the family. I like to eat in the comfort of home.

13) Do you leave a tip when you eat out?

- Sometime. It's about how good the food is and how the service is.

- Various cuisines – Italian, Chinese, Mexico, American, French, …

(Typical American food is steak and salat, Hamburger and French fries, …)

- Fast food – unhealthy food, heavy, salty, …Very cheap food. French fries, cheeseburger, burger, strips, nuggets, …

15) Healthy / unhealthy food / diets / vegetarians / vegans

- Healthy – Healthy food is fresh, free of chemicals and additives, low in fat, sugar and salt, high in fibre, vitamins and minerals.

- Unhealthy – Unhealthy food is fatty, hight in fat, salty, hight in salt, hight in added sugar, low in fibre, low in vitamins. This food has preservatives and artificial colours and flavours is prepared, frozen, comes from can.

- diets- A balanced diet should be low in fat sugar, salt and high in fibre, vitamins and minerals, include all five food groups, be enough for your daily need, not be too much.

- vegetarian- They don t eat white or red meat but they still eat eggs and dairy products

- vegans – They don t eat any animals products because they think eating animals is cruel, wrong.

16) Do you cook / watch programmes about cooking

- I don t cook much. I love baking.

- I sometimes watch programmes about cooking.

17) Would you like to work as a waiter/ a waitress/ a cook?

- No, I don t because I don't really enjoy cooking
