- shopping is part of our everyday lives. Some people enjoy it, and will wander around shops only to have a look, with no particular goal, others hate shopping and find it very unpleasant and stressful (sales ->overcrowded)

shopping habits in your family

- I usually go shopping with my mum every Friday or Saturday, we buy food and feeding for cats

- once in a while we go shopping in Ostrava - IKEA and Shopping Centre Avion especially

attitude to shopping

- shopping is my favourite activity, I usually go shopping with my mum or my friend

- i don’t like hunting for bargains because it is stressful for me and I need time and a clear head for shopping

why is shopping so popular

- it is distressing, simple and pleasurable exercise, motivating, we spend time with friends,

- there are two shopping areas - next to TESCO and Kaufland

- shops: CCC, GATE, TAKKO, SPORTISOMO, PEPCO,....

- I think there is not enough shops in Třinec - so people have to travel to Frýdek Místek, Karviná or Ostrava

HARRODS - it is a famous British department store, very expensive and very luxurious

- the Queen shopped there as well

- they say that you can buy anything in the shops, from clothes to caviar

- today it houses the biggest hair and beauty salon in Europe

- In Harrods you can buy everything from a pin to an elephant but you have to show you have enough

space for it and money for its feeding
