A mortgagor (hypoteční dlužník)- as a person whi gives a mortgage on his property. 
A licensor - as a person issuing a licence. 
A licensee / licenceholder - as a person holding a licence. 
A purchaser / vendee (prodejce) - as a buyer of an product. 
The vendor (kupující) - as a seller of an article or product to the buyer, or purchaser, who buys. 
A conveyor - as a person who gives full legal rights in land or property. 
A conveyancer - as a lawyer who prepares the transfer of property
