integrity
the statement was published to a third party
the plainif sufered damage as a result of the statement
special requirements of proof in case of public igures:
the defaming party knew the statements were false
the statements were made with actual malice or in negligence
pure opinions and their statements are not acionable (whether the
statement is of a fact or an opinion is judged based on whether it can be
proven to be true or false)
