The definition of sexual harassment: unwelcome sexual advances, requests for favors, and other 
verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature which takes place in the workplace - nevítané 

sexuální návrhy, žádosti o službičky (pozornosti), a jiné verbální či fyzické chování sexuální 
povahy, které se odehrává na pracovišti.  

 
4 types of sexual harassment: 

  offering promotion in exchange for sexual favors 
  constant vulgar comments 

  unwelcome physical touching 
  other sexual conduct affecting an employee’s working conditions 

  a supervisor leads a female employee to believe she will lose her job if she does not 

submit to his sexual advances
