Copyrightis for music, films, artistic works, software, any text or exact words of 
commercial value.  
It arises automatically (vzniká automaticky).  
 
There are rights related to copyright – they are NEIGHBOURING RIGHTS (související 
práva), which include: 

  rights of performing artists – práva výkonných úmělců 
  rights of recording producers – práva nahrávacích producentů 
  rights of broadcasters – práva vysílacích společností 

These 3 groups of people have certain rights of action (žalobní práva) if their rights are 
infringed (porušen). In that case they: 

they may sue for damages 

they may ask court for an injunction (= court order prohibiting something) – 
injunction to stop sale or distribution of their works
